Evening all.

Having had a huge clear out of any amount of Fronterrors, Quatre Vitesse 205's and Yz490's (2,1,1) I know find myself (unsurprisingly) needing a car/bike fairly sharpish. Have dropped a message into the chap off FB AS about the Mondeo that was in Ebay thread to no avail as yet. if anyone knows him/can prod him/find out if it's still there let me know. Ta.

Am open to suggestions and offers, and before anyone says it, yes, I am looking myself.....  Many shite-ers are better than one? A group of shiteists are greater than the sum of their shite? etc etc

On a side note, I'm quite glad i don't seem to have used the See You Next Tuesday expletive yet. I'm probably letting the side down somewhere.

As promised, Panda pictures.

What you want is a nice* Transit van, young man. Or perhaps a Peugeot 306 diesel estate.

So, in the spirit of Autoshiteâ„¢ and owning Vauxhall's finest four-wheel-drive I have purchased, for actual cash, it's practical, reliable two wheel drive equivalent -

That graphic on the tailgate is giving me a migraine.

Winning winter wheels all-round then. Would like to try one of these just to see how it compares with my old 75.

Fine looking cars those. I guess ZT-T means it's V6 and not the 1.8 HG chomper?

The -T just means estate dunnit? Looks nice anyhow. Top bombing and all that.

Aye - T is estate. V6 powah etc.

It's deceptively fast. bumpy, and not sure if it's got a aftermarket exhaust on it - it's  bit boomier than I remember them. ?

Yes mine has an X power exhaust and Piper induction kit, when I bought it they nearly put me off together with the loud paint! I like my cars in “Old Man Spec†but I have grown to really like this MG.

To be fair, the KV6 could occasionally om nom a head gasket, but definitely less prone to it than the 1.8.  I've never driven a ZT, but I had a 75 with the same engine and found it a very enjoyable thing to roar around in.

Defo like these. Top buying. A++++ Will read again

Doubtless a dim question..............

Do the rear seats in the Rover 75 estate fold down ?  I`ve looked at dozens on e bay, c & c, gumtree... and not one is shown with the rear seats down. Since I`ll be sleeping in there when I go camping, I`d love to know - thanks guys.

Have knocked up 5k in my ZT since I bought it in August - no issues. Love it.

Do yourself a favour - spend 15 minutes checking/ unclogging the plenum drains. I had a look at mine - they were awash and had I not checked I'd have fried my ECU.
