Lacquer Peel
Spotted this freshly broken down, it had run out of fuel. Low mileage and very original, he wants to sell it for nearly 3k. Supernaut
That Volvo is nice, but not £3k nice. Especially considering the seller doesn't take good enough care of it to keep an eye on the bloody fuel gauge!
panhard65
I saw this heap of shit yesterday but didn't have a camera. My other half just spotted it whilst out shopping so I thought I should share it. mouseflakes, Coprolalia and Mr A Lawrence

Especially considering the seller doesn't take good enough care of it to keep an eye on the bloody fuel gauge! To be fair he was on his way to fill it up, it photographs well but it's not mint, plenty of scratches and steel wheels painted with rattle cans straight on to bubbling rust. I'd want perfection in a misery spec 244 at that price.

CortinaDave
I remember this tidy 626 being offered up on a thread here in the not too distant past. It had been traded into a main stealer in Edinburgh and was thought to have an uncertain future. Pleased to report a year or possibly more later I saw it today being piloted around Kirkcaldy by what looked to be a giffer. wuvvum
Here's a few I've papped over the last week or so. This tidy Ital estate was parked in the car park when I pulled into Wilco for some LHM at the weekend. You'll have to excuse the rubbish through-the-van-window photo, but the woman in the passenger seat looked rather grumpy and I didn't want to get too close. This apparently Subaru Sumo-based atrocity pulled into a local department store car park just as I was leaving. It was too silly not to take a photo of. At least they hadn't stuck dub badges all over it... You've seen the Polo Harlequin, but did you know BMC got there 30 years earlier? Well you do now. This one's a bit of a cheat, as it was parked up on the Hardwick industrial estate in Kings Lynn when the classic auction was on - so a bit "shooting fish in a barrel". I thought it was nice enough to be worth a photo anyway. Spotted this on the way home from work yesterday - I think it probably belonged to a mate of the chap with the matt black Pontiac. Not shite exactly, but nice to see nonetheless. Then at the petrol station a few minutes later feeding the Perodua, and this pulls in. Tidy, but mildly barried and no dangly mirrors sadly. It's for sale apparently, but the chap wants about two and a half bags for it, which puts it way beyond a) my current means and b ) what I'd be willing to spend on a Sierra. The rat look Beetle in the background belonged to a mate of the Sierra owner. Lacquer Peel

mercrocker
Went out for a mooch in the Cowley today, took Mrs R shopping out in the New Forest (oh, yeah, baby no expense, finest luncheon in the squarest department store followed by ANY charity shops of HER choice!!). I risked all those brownie points by making her stop using her phone for frivolous girlie chat and take THIS THING...... On the way back, this happened on the speedometer. adw1977
Saw this yesterday, a Laguna in it's natural habitat, the back of the scrapman's truck MOT expired 2 days before, they didn't even bother trying to get it through another, even though it didn't have any serious advisories last year and only 37K on the clock. quicksilver
Finally got a pic of this beast I've been seeing around for ages. A carpet fitter with a Toyota Hiace? It's like being back in the nineties. 323,000 miles and only two minor MoT advisories since 2006 is pretty impressive. 1995 Toyota Hiace 2.4 by Adam Floyd, on Flickr Rusty_Rocket, Urko and trigger
