Being that the plates come back as two separate cars, and there are several visual differences between them (not just small details that could be additions/changes, the paint is different in places too), I think they may actually be two different cars! I wonder what the backstory is... Anyone here understand Polish?

He made some sort of mental powered bike (?) powered Fiat 126p years ago that was popular on YouTube and now lives over here. It's been a while since I've seen the video though. GR8 PL8 M8 1
