Absolutely the laziest of spots this. Only in the next street over and I still didn't get out the car. Full merit 😆

Just look at it though. Absolute dream car for me and the closest I've ever got to one in the flesh. Mega brave to leave it out overnight mind. Reckon id sleep in it just to be sure!

I got a load of great pics of this a while back then managed to kill my phone and lose the pics. Delighted to chance upon it again today…

Which is exactly how something like that should look. Its survived this far so it deserves to wear its years. Love it.

Love the look, and missing wheel trim!

Dropped my Lexus off for its MOT (which it failed, possibly my first fail ever?) and this was lurking around the corner. The first Safrane I've seen outside of a show for a long while. image.jpeg.517a9cbdf60bc4f795063e9587c69b4a.jpegimage.jpeg.03e156243674d6e79e09f70595ad9c4e.jpeg

More to this 2CV than meets the eye, 1993cc so maybe a widened 2CV body on some kind of Pinto powered kit car chassis?

Lovely original Victor

Always a varied selection of Rovers living in this car park, and a close relative joining them this time.

Front suspension, double mudguards, exhaust and roll cage don't look standard  2cv

This car rings a bell with me, looking at the expanded rear wings and no sign of front drive shafts, I think it may be some kind of mid engined conversion...

When I got up this morning, I did not expect to find myself parked beside a Daewoo Nexia a few hours later.

Despite the roof bars, it seems to be 'enthusiast' owned, rather than the more usual giffer pilot - big bore exhaust, stripped out interior and Cav alloys suggest something not quite standard.

There are still several mk2 Pajeros knocking around the Scillies. We used to have masses here in Cornwall but they've largely disappeared now. Still love the look of them - really capable off-roaders, too.
