I went the cinema last night and use the same car park as a few months ago where I spotted a mk2 golf and parked close. This time I parked behind it! Must be a regular.

on return, golf was gone but this little gem was parked 4 spaces over.

Very late as the last ones were about a J.

Considering the fact that these sold even less here than in the UK and that most went into export 20 years ago finding a first gen LS400 in Germany is a remarkable spot.

Went to a random garden centre tea room type place in the Forest and when I came out this was parked next to me.

And this was in the corner too.

I think you're right though mine aren't that good anymore. There's a bit of lacquer peel going on. I've tried polishing and re laquering them and they look OK from a distance but up close you can see where I've done it.  On the plus side it means I can use them without being too precious about them.

You can always redo them if it gets too bad. Well worth the money on them.

I can and I know there's always a market for them if I want to sell them but like I say I'm happy with them as they are as I don't have to worry about keeping them mint but they still look good from a few feet back.

Interestingly, just looking at my old pictures and I will have had them ten years next month.

31st August 2014.

You just know its going to splutter into life with a battery and some fresh fuel and then drag itself out (all or none of these things may apply).

V5 change in 2014 but no on line MOT history.  Sadly the house is equally overgrown,
