Took the Triumph to Asda for a treat. When I came out this was parked next to me.

Looked tidy but not mint. Southampton registered too. My own car has a local reg too, OU being Hampshire rather than specifically Southampton but I like to think the two of them may have met before.

It's also a novelty just to see two four door saloons together these days, who'd have ever thought that would be a thing.

Not sure what this is, some sort of Chevy truck, made a nice noise but looked a tad bumpy.

I found this hiding down a narrow side street, a bit faded and shabby up close but soldiering on gamely doing about 200 miles a year according to its MOT history.

Near a backstreet garage in Chesterfield. Looks to have had recent bodywork.

Looks decent. Might want to run round the bodywork with a magnet to see how much of that is wob.

I'm not looking to buy, I think I'd really struggle to buy something freshly painted like this. I paid a recommended 'arches' type garage to do the sills etc on my Talbot camper but it came back full of wob.

But yes, the Maestro did look OK on the face of it, the lines still look 'sharp'.

Spotted in Croydonshire just now. An Hindustan Ambassador! I couldn't resist getting a shot of this; I spotted it immediately as I left East Croydonshire Station!

Wonder if that was one of the ex-Karma Cabs fleet?

I see that one quite often and was meaning to grab a picture so you've saved me the trouble!  Rare to see an early Accent now and that one looks mega tidy, still in daily use by the look of it.

Did you happen to see if the Stag on the far left looked halfway decent? I'm looking to buy one at the moment and that garage isn't a million miles away from me according to Google.

Edit: nevermind, the garage has universally terrible reviews.😬

Can't remember the last time I saw one of this shape Camry. Still a common sight in the US, not so much here in Blighty.

I had no idea what this was when I snapped it. Turns out it's the one and only HWM-Cadillac that has raced at Goodwood on numerous occasions and featured in the Pebble Beach Concours so it was surreal to see it just casually driving through town.

That's not very shite, but more in keeping with AS this Fester passed by a few minutes later. It's a 1.1 L, almost identical to my first car so it brought back a lot of memories, and the MOT history suggests it hasn't even done 20,000 miles yet. I think it was being towed by @TripleRich's van, in which case it's in very good hands.

Its in very good condition, almost rock solid.  We're sorting out some corrosion on the front valence for the owner.  Car was repainted a few years ago and has been done quite well.

It looks fantastic and it's great to see it getting some love to make it even better. That interior pic brings back so many memories - mine was just like that but beige.
