I seem to recall someone on here was after old vacuum cleaners/hoovers, but can't remember where I saw it (possibly further up this thread but too impatient to check, sry).

 

Anyway, OFFERED: proper shite yellow Hoover 900 Turbopower 2, think it has all the accessories. Picked it up from Freecycle and used it for about a month between my Dyson breaking down and acquiring a Henry (<3, but let's not start that one again ) - so I know it (the yellow Hoover) works OK.

 

Free to collector (Stevenage) or it's going on Freecycle in a week or so if no takers here.

Set of four 4x100 Vauxhall (but should also fit Rover, Renault, VW) steel wheels with superb 195/60/14 tyres, all have 7mm of tread and are decent ones too. Tyres cost us more than this alone and they've all just been balanced.

BL key blanks, NOS. The chap who's bought my Metro van (yay!) has several other Metros, and seems to be in need of some keys for some of them. He would be very happy to find unused blanks, or if not, an ignition barrel or two complete with both original keys. They need to be the early-80s type, the key head being black plastic with the BL roundel on it.

Really old Canon bubblejet printers wanted, BJ200, BJ210, BJ240, BJ250, BJ4300, that kind of malarky, the old shitters that predate USB, (cos all modern printers is shit). I stockpiled lots of these many years ago but am now down to fixing the last couple of battered old donks in my collection.

Desperately needed here, for a modern..... Turbo (The complex one) for a Vauxhall (Astra, but the same as Corsa, Combo, Meriva) with the Z17DTH 100 brake Isuzu unit. My son's has coughed, and he got recovered from Chepstow.....! (Saved him half a tank of diesel though) Ideally on the manifold with the cat attached, but a stripped one will do.. His has lost the main bearing, but it didn't whizz up to eleventy thousand RPM, so the engine is hopefully going to be ok. I may have access to one with a slack wastegate spindle, but not for another 35 days at least.... (disposal rules apparently, and even then it may not be available)

In the interim, is anyone selling a reliable dizzler that will do 500+ motorway miles a week? Cheers for looking and laughing...! Or might swap for a 54 plate Astra with a kenked turbo. Longish test, needs paint etc..
