Autoshite: The Calendar 2012. Suggestions?

Thats a great one! The crunched front wing is an ace touch.

Some class photos here, will make an excellent calendar.

I think we have to include Wat's "brochure shot" of his new 460...

Right oh, plain background (like the last one) or something abit fancier such as this...

?

Suppose the only 'problem' with the fancier one is that although the background looks pretty good (and is car related) it makes the subject picture smaller and might take the eye off it a bit?

Any thoughts?

*Edit: tried it, looked crap! Perhaps as we were last year is better?

Plain. The PCVC 2012 calendar is on plain black, and the cars (including, modestly, a certain Miami Blue Granada) stand out really well.

It was suggested that my Lada ought to appear; here's my mate Pat the Tractor" standing next to the Lada! Perhaps a summer month, as the sun is shining?

I agree it should feature Autoshite contributor's cars. Put me down for a couple already. It's gonna be ace.

I'll have a couple, too! A reasonable price with any profits to a vehicle-related charity. Thoughts?

Charity idea seems a corker. I reckon actual costs will be about £4.95 for the calendar and about £1.75-£2.00 for postage.

The Lada pic is brilliant but would humbly suggest the one from the original thread without your mate in view!

I want to throw votes at Barrett's Allegro and Bentley pic, Pete-M's Kromer Cat pic (the one Lufthansa posted), and Wat's brochure shot.

Also submit this summertime fun with the great dictator:

I got praise for my illuminated garage Herald shot in the photography thread, so I shot a new version:

Each month should feature increasingly blurry photos of the alternator in scooters' BX.

Although I don't own it anymore may I suggest this

Or perhaps in typical Fiat fashion

Can I suggest, as no-one seems to have "spotted" that it's a CALENDER....

that almost anything full of holes would be most appropriate.................

(prefereably not with decapitated cats peeping thru, dekuli, Pete -Erm)

One thing i will point out, I'm not sure if all these photos will work as calenders are normally in landscape and many of these photos are in portrait they they won't fill the page right.

I agree it should feature Autoshite contributor's cars.

Mrs Trigger will kill me for this!

Maybe in keeping with the spirit of the forum software the calendar should crop the last third off each image.
