There's lots of cars but one that springs into mind is a Sierra Cosworth RS500, My dad's mate had one once and let my dad take it for a drive down Birch Aerodrome which is a 2 mile straight in the middle of nowhere near where i used to live, I was in the back of it, It was fantastic.

Maybe a bit predictable, but I've always liked these, especially the unloved Series 3, although it would have to have steels and chrome hubcaps.
