Home! Suberb transaction from the scholar and gentleman @Shoysty, he even put enough juice in it for me to cover the 150 miles home. Hence no pez shot, but imagine the photo below next to a petrol pump. 

Journey without incident other than the purchase of a can of Red Bull and some Fruit Pastelles.

Trip computer reckons it's done 65 to the gallon. It's very long-legged, that should discourage 17yo Master Grogee from traffic light grand prix. 

I didn't realise it was a three-pot, for some reason I thought the 1.2 TDI in the uber Polo was 3cyl and the 1.4TDI was a four. But no, it's a pleasingly offbeat triple.

Yeah I just turned ignition on to take the pic, the EML isn't on when it's running. 

Yet...

I recognise the block of flats in the background. Morrisons car park? I worked on the checkouts at that one between November 2010 and April 2012. Used to live at the top end of Carrow Road at that time . Liked living there. 

Good luck with the Ibiza. Hope it delivers many miles of economical motoring.

Yep I walked round from the station. I never knew the football stadium was so close to the station! Good town planning. 

The Ibiza will be for Mrs Grogee or 17yo Master Grogee, they've still not negotiated who's having the Corsa diesel and who's having the Ibiza. But I will end up driving it from time to time I'm sure. 

I will certainly end up servicing and repairing it...
