Thank you, a pleasure as ever. You should be safe to try the DVD player, (LOLZ trying to code it on your own though) as I don't think there were any 'Frankie' discs in it.

If this is LEZ Dawson compliant does it mean it's a petrol?

Correct, tis a 2.0, remains to be seen if the economy is absolutely ruinous, or just normal ruinous. 😂

When one has become accustomed to the refinements and modern conveniences of the Ghia model one simply cannot travel in anything less.

I'd definitely shit myself by accident in either of those.

But have you ever considered shitting yourself on purpose as a tactical ploy?

It's come up well for an initial clean, need to re-vaccuum, as a lot of sand has appeared from everywhere after agitation 😂

Smells a bit fresher now too. No half chewed sweets either!

All fully chewed now?

How does the Galaxy drive and what's it like? I've been curious about these for a few years. They're very prominent in the spares/repairs section so are firmly on my radar

Aye, they were delicious!

It drives well, feels more car like than the last Galaxy, the petrol engine doesn't really have the oomph of the PD low down, but is OK once you wind it up. Sure I can arrange for you to have a go.

I used rental ones of these for as inter-terminal shuttles at Heathrow when they were new.

Very capable, as we were moving kids and their luggage between terminals, the fact that you can reconfigure the seats in seconds was invaluable. They all drove well (must have had over 20 in different specs) but the TDci was a little gutless low down when laden up.

Comfy, and easy to jump in and out of.  I was doing 200+ miles a day without leaving the airport roads.

It's better that they have normal doors, rather than sliders also.

No apology required dude, it was definitely habitable, plus you had cleaned and polished it too! 😊
