Been there! It's wicked. Prefer Lickey Park though for MG-Rover factory themed dogging, also try Turner's Hill in Dudley if you can stand the incessant sight/noise of yoofs on pitbikes (does make a great downhill MTB course I've found :D ).

NB never actually been dogging, either, although the girl in that picture has. :|

Yes Lickey is good. Never thought of Turners Hill even though I work only five minutes from there!

Dogging seems to be becoming a popular pastime!!

That R16 has caused massive dribble-age on my keyboard. :P:P:P

Nice old Swedish barge with bonus 405 lurking in the background.

That's like asking if you really need to knob Jennifer Lopez when you have Emma Bunton in your house and Cameron Diaz in your apartment.

'The turning radius or turning circle of a vehicle is the size of the smallest circular turn (i.e. U-turn) that the vehicle is capable of making. The term turning radius is a misnomer, since the size of a circle is actually its diameter, not its radius. The less ambiguous term turning circle is preferred. As an example, Motor Trend refers to a curb-to-curb turning circle of a 1974 Beetle as 355.976 feet. By contrast, British Waterways have the same turning radius of the same car as 275 nautical miles. It is often used as a generalized term rather than a numerical figure. For example, a vehicle with a very small turning circle may be described as having a "tight turning radius".'

'a huge amount of spares will be included in the sale except for the engine, this is because i do not want the car to be bought just to be a donor for just another mini. the estate deserves to be saved and the winning bidder will have the option to buy the original engine at the going rate after the auction ends.'

Fair play.

When I sold my second Allegro (which I purchased to save it from scrap) I just put a reasonably worded statement saying that I was not prepared to sell to a Mini owner? I vetted potential buyers and put two potential buyers off at least when I questioned why they were purchasing the car. I did feel like a bit of a dictator but that was just the way I felt. It seemed to work as the winning bidder was an enthusiast!

SInce then he has sold it on so it may have ended up being a donor car anyway but at least I tried!

I tried that with an early Metro, the new owner promising he was going to save it. Like a tit I believed him until I later discovered he wanted it for a Mini, was too late then.

'BELIVED ONLY ONE EVER MADE IN THIS COLOUR'

Pretty sure that's either not strictly true or it's been sprayed a non-original colour, but what a lovely old thing that is.
