They're alright looking those SS1 things, it's just the headlamp arrangement that spoils them for me.

As long as that Espero has an LPG conversion certificate (you won't get insurance without one), it would make a great commuter car for someone :)

Nice, but I don't think I could buy from someone who writes entirely in upper case letters, uses words like "TOMOZ" and thinks that commas and apostrophes are the same thing.

DRIVE,S VERY WELL.

ALL ORIGANAL, 2 PREVIOUS ELDERLY OWNERS.

BODY NEEDS RESTORING,

IF NO INTEREST, IT GO,S TO THE BANGER BOYS

CAN SET UP BUY IT NOW, FOR REASONABLE OFFER

WILL BE ADVERTISED TOMOZ LOCALY

Bit dubious about "ORIGANAL" too ... :)

Have I missed this? Take a 205 GTi and add flimsyness and less weight:

Visa GTi with ess than 20 minutes to go.

Bargainacious Mk3 Escort, in miserable 1100 spec for added shite points. If this weren't 250 miles away I'd be all over it.

So you should be, it's not an English word. Neither is "LOCALY" and don't let me start on his so-called apostrophes! Is it too much to ask that parents teach their children to read and write, like mine did? In fact, given that he's selling a 40-year-old car and is probably about the same age as it, were my parents the last to teach their children thus?

Or am I just officially an old codger now?

Talking of old Humbers, Look this one, The dash on these look much more modern then the rest of the car i think, I'd have one just for that reason alone.

Another fair priced one at £1995.

That's gorgeous!

If I had £1995 I'd be seriously tempted.

However, not having £1995, I'll resort to drooling... drool.gif

Its going to be a shame to see that lovely straight roof bent with hi-ab chains!

It's a good job the OU assignment I'm working on can be submitted electronically seeing those 2 beauties above, or else I'd have to re-write the lot. As it is, I'm using the spare keyboard, the other one's a bit sticky...

That Granny estate is a stunner. I used to run around carparks as a young boy in the 70s looking at cars like this and these were fantastic then, and moreso now!
