That 929 Stakka is EPICALLY COOL.

But is it just me or is that yet another 929 body variation that we haven't seen before?? It looks squarer than Reg_Bo11's one.

Anyway, I would like to buy it then drive it up and down Bo11x Street, honking the horn and shouting a bit.

HEY POG UR RITE, its a 4-dr saloon not a 'hardtop', I just sent the sella a message saying I had one just like his, now it appears i cant recognise my own car. Anyway if you started ragging that up and down my street i'd lob my massive STINGA right across the road to scupper your fun.

The radiator has a leak

OK, not the end of the world, is it?

and I have forgotten the name of the part that went when the engine overheated

Oh, so maybe it is.

The low water warning light does not work!

Probably because a low water warning light only existed in your imagination?

The engine does not conform to the new legislation regarding emissions

Is this some new legislation I am not aware of?

Not only is Lord Snooty whacking up VAT, fucking us on other stealth taxes, knobbing the economy by pushing up inflation as a result of the last points, cutting everything, strangling employment & growth and generally being a cnut, but they've sneaked through some kind of anti-sherpa legislation?? BASTARDS!

I'd buy it then park it in a field opposite UR house for ever.

edit: That Mzda obviously.

That Sherpa will probably fall foul of the LEZ, which being in Croydon would be a bit of an issue.

Doesn't LEZ Battersby only apply to vehicles with a GVW of moar than 3500kgs?

A Sherpa has a 2.2 or 2.6t gross weight, which is probably less than a Land Rover Discovery (etc)

Currently yes, but come next January it will drop down to 2050Kg, taking in all diesel transits and vans of that size.

Thanks for the info Fred. Good news for us grockles in the sticks who eat mud & twigs and have only just got electricity and stopped grunting*, as there'll be a glut of 'useless' vehicles gr8 4 mopping up very soon.

ALL UR SHERPAS R BELONG 2 ME. 4 REEL.

I don't recall ever seeing one of these before:

Looks like the bastard child of a beach buggy and a Bond Bug. Lots of work done, inc 1380cc lump, 76bhp at the wheels.

Hell's bells....I used to have one of those, if it's correctly registered, I'm bidding. Ideal car for over here. Party truck is to nose into the kerb, leap out, pick up the back end, and place next to pavement

£500 ono buys you this pretty respectable Prelude EX.

My new daily. I bought it yesterday 8)

I got it for a sniff under asking because it needs a frontpipe. Honda quoted me £360 as its NLA.

Found it for £35 delivered from eBay.

Nice work!

Burning question is: are you now going to grow a massive LJKS beard?

Posted

If I was capable of growing one, I'd have an epic beard already. Unfortunately if I leave it to grow I just look like Im sleeping rough....
