I saw that very Envoy in the video above at Coventry Transport Museum, The video about the lady selling it was on loop all day.

I had a Golf for a few weeks with a small "scene" steering wheel like that has and it was an absolute bugger to move about, can't see it helping someone in a wheelchair unless it's powered?
