Then I thought, if someone was saving all these photos off eBay, people's future spottings could be cross referenced with our eBay database and we could see if the car's got better or deteriorated, been modified etc. Now, one part of me thinks that is would be a nerdy waste of time... the other half is already saving images!

 

It's nice to go back a look at particular cars, but is a bit of an effort to save the images sometimes.

 

Must admit it's annoying to go back on a thread and find the image has expired.

 

Wonder if there's a "market" for old ads/images in the same way http://www.archive.org/ works?

 

It's a shame Ebay isn't covered by above. Hang on though :-

GR76 selection outlaw!!!! I have had a couple of beers and am literally 'rolling face' at it, especially the Maser! 4-dr, auto box and a rumour of a 'gasket' playing up, whats not to like? If the engine was shafted, you could always hoik it out, weigh it in (all ally you know, probably get £40 for it) and fit a PSA 1.9D + box from an LDV Pilot.
