 A beige BX automatic, my dream car! I'd also pay good money just for those wheel trims.

Shall I compare thee to pre-68,

thou art as desirable to my Hiab, M8.

Rough winds do shake the bodywork away,

And Landrover's engine hath all too short a date:

Sometime too hot the eye of radiator shines,

And often is his blue complexion dimm’d;

And every bid from schiller not declined,

By bumping up thee price in mind

BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!

That's the sound of the Autoshite radar BUZZIN ITS TITS OFF M8.

a painter had it before and the inside is decorated with emulsion. I have no documents for the car, I think it was declared scrap by the last owner

That's handy because I LITERALLY emulsioned my undercrackers when I saw this beauty.

Engine in a Land Rover, the rest to frag, probably.

Oh dear Eddy, you got the leboncoin bug. The night I got told about that I was up until about 4am on it seriously considering a permanent move to France.

That Mondeo is still wearing it's original trims! The Mondeo geek inside me knows that they mean it's a GLX. Yes.... as a child I was a Mondeo spotter

R9 Broadway Diesel £995 BIN.

Here it is pre "refurbishment". Saying all that it can't be much if an earner by the time he dragged it up the road, painted it and mot'd it.

Yeah, the guy advertises himself as a Renner 'specialist', as webuyoldrenaults.com, so he probly just threw some paint at it, and lobbed on some spares from his stockpile. I'll need to ask around Burntisland, find him and go have a look! If it weren't a grand, I'd be tempted. Would lob the alloys tho'.

I agree, the wheels are shit. The paint combos not to bad though. Did they not come in two tone originally?

Try to make sense of this advert I dare you. I recon it's possibly some secret SPY code or something;.

LOL, I fucking love that, the lad chucks more and more random letters in as the ad progresses! by the end he's not even looking at the keyboard any more, just bashing it with open hands.

Cort, bud, you're looking at cars in Airdrie. Did you think there would be any other outcome?

I don't believe that can be true. I'm sure I've seen a couple of them on the road just round my local area in the last year or so.

The car looks nice, but I'd suspect that the alloys are writing cheques a 1600 diesel can't cash. Knowing how things are round this way... Something smaller and a bit nearer standard would finish it off, for me.

This has made me physically LOL this morning!!! Best thing I've read in a long time.

Thats the one thats been on eBay about 120 times, eventually selling for £400 or so. This guy's asking £950 for it without even bothering to get it running.

He's tried though. You can see him in the 4th picture down crying at it whilst patting the empty pocket where his once-full wallet used to sit.

'MOPED TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD'

Doesn't look like a FS1E to me.

''THE NUMBER PLATE HAS BEEN VALUED AT JUST OVER £1000 ALONE'

Like bollocks it's wiorth over a grand. A dealer might have told him that but he didn't inform him they'd be trying to sell it for 27 years.
