1934 Austin Seven Ruby

This has just been listed on my local gumtree, It's on for £1 but I'm guessing that's a error, He's after offers for it as a project.

That's fairly poor isn't it? It's beyond minimalist, I've seen more passion gone into a chinese toy.

I can almost picture the scene. Head of design for Toyota US, can't be arsed with the job anymore, lost interest years ago, minutes after blindly signed off the design for the Camry bodyshell (that took him 5 minutes to conceive and complete), receives drafts of the design for the dashboard with insert for centre console. Draws an eggs shape, with a few squares on it, and immediately signs it off with a big cock.

Maybe even his face resembled the control panel at the time, before he leapt from the 12th storey window.

How rubbish-looking is this grey import Camry?

Even the dashboard loks half-arsed.

Would be GR8 4 doin a bit of Saudi Arabia-style driftin (in2 a crowd of onlookers) though

These were aimed at the taxi market so were a world apart from the normal Camry. They automatically lock all the passenger doors as you drive off to keep them captive until they cough up. We had about 30 of these come in when I worked on imports and I must say they drove spot on, handled well with a good turn of speed.

Decent on fuel too unlike the Mitsi 2.0 td's.

I really like this, If it wasn't for the lack of funds at the moment I'd be all over this.

1989 BMW 325i Sport

One for Pog, £1495 does't seem a bad price for one of these.

1985 Volkswagen Satana 1.8 LX

I've not seen one of these for years, This one looks tidy but £1490 sounds a bit steep for it.

I think the chap with the 'Alpina 735' is going to be a tad upset.

Q: hi, how much are you hoping to get for the bmw?

A: Hi, i would imagine its going to get around £2500 judging by the offers and interest so far, possibly more, possibly less, thanks phil

Finished @ £990. Which I'd class as a proper result.

EX SHOW WINNING CAR @IMP NATIONAL 1992

Someone has cared well for it over the last 18 years then, if it ever was a show car.

Perhaps, back in '92, it was in one of those 'barn find' club displays, complete with hay bales and mouse nest?

What's the big dial in the middle of the SD1's dashboard, is it a properly calibrated speedometer?
