SFW means, or should mean that if an HR bod sees it on your work PC that they wouldn't be upset, and neither would your most oversensitive colleague.

Boobies without wings fall foul of that and, I'm surprised anyone is surprised that such an image got censured.

Its not like it's difficult to find nudity online if that's what you want.
