My nice Czech girlfriend (or so I thought) has started ignoring me. No replies to anything for a week.

 

I assume that she still lives there? I split up with a girl a month ago as she lived 60 miles away in Hull as it was too far to form a proper relationship.

 

I went out with Czech lass once, BARUSKA! (Or Barbara in English apparently) Born on the same day as me, and crashed my GT6 into a kerb pissed. She was working over here as a nanny and did not have a great grasp of the English language. Enough to get her by but not ace. After her first day looking after the kid she had tidied the house and Vacumed. However when the kids dad came home and asked what she had been doing all day. Her answer was 'I hooker'. I think she meant 'I Hoover'. The leaning over clasping her hand pulling back and forth to try illustrating 'Hookering' did not help the issue. It was resolved eventually though and she kept her job (I never asked how).

 

That has genuinely made me LOL.

I've been let down again by the guy who's wanting to view my Kadett In his defence though i can understand why, He's an insurance broker from Surrey and one of his clients owns a garage next door to where that explosion happened last week and had their back wall blown out, He said he's been extra busy dealing with that so hasn't had chance.

 

I'm glad i didn't buy that Amazon now or I'd be stuck with explaining to the owner why i couldn't have, Still gutted though as it was lovely.

As I pulled out of the drive this morning I noticed just one car parked in the entire street.Some lazy useless tosser arrived at the house directly opposite this parked car and stopped,parking half on the path half on the road.Why would he not park either infront or behind the parked car and walk across the road or if he didn't want to cross the road maybe park a few feet away ? Oh yeah because he is a lazy useless tosser.So the only two cars parked in the street are opposite each other.

I did try to clip his door mirror as he looked on but missed so I mouthed "you wanker" at him as I squeezed past.

Cheers, I'm hoping there is some kind of reason for it. She was happy as larry when she visited and we were in contact every day for about 3 weeks after she went back, we were planning my visiting there etc. Now nothing. I know she was a bit stressed as she had got into 2 unis and couldn't decide which one to go to (!) and then had to stay at her parents as she couldn't find a flat with her mates.

Hey fella - yr not the only one. Got fully dumped Sunday last. Absolutely fucking gutted. Hard days atm.

Transit finally passed MOT tho - 300 clams all in. Rusty old bitch.

Tonight is Friday. I have already started my date with myself in my room with 4 guinness. 4 more in the fridge. Along with 4 export, and 4 emergency scrumpys.

Good job I know no-one in this town anymore as that'll save both time and effort going anywhere or doing anything.

Haha you are definitely not the only one suffering from this shit. It happens to me with annoying regularity...everything going fine then BANG she disappears. When this happens with 2-3 girls in a row, you start thinking that there must be something seriously wrong with yourself.

 

As for long-distance relationships, 60, 200 or 1000 miles is nothing. Try Jamaica or Venezuela (yes, I am THAT stupid).

I once had a girlfriend that went to New Zealand. (Planned before we got together) At her leaving do, I was getting a blowie.... and someone tried to get in the room we were in. They're all equally mental, it's in the DNA, you may find other cultures or nationalities showing promise but the crazy just arrives via a different route. Oh shit Andy, I'm really sorry to hear that, how far gone was she?. my wife had a miscarriage last year after our second IVF treatment, it's totally shit but it's amazing to find out how many other people it's happened too, it's far more common then you realise.

 

All you can do is be strong and be there for her, it does get better in time.
