Same here until now.I've had my Discovery over six years and that's never leaked.

The Pug's pump has always looked "sweaty" and there has always been a faint whiff diesel so it was probably due for some seals when I bought it.

Peoples' laziness never ceases to amaze. I went and ordered a takeaway [yes, the irony] on the other end of town because I had a large gap at work. I walk down the main drag and there's SEVEN cars in a line bumped up on the kerb, all with their hazards on with folk sat in the driving seat and their passengers queueing out of the door at Domino's Pizza. Fuck's sake, there's parking two minutes away up the road and it's 10p - nice one for blocking the main road right back out to the bus station exit - I'm sure the drivers loved you lot. I couldn't quite believe what I was seeing - the pizza at Domino's really isn't that good for the money unless you get some kind of mega party deal - then it starts to make sense.

 

Sorry to say that if I were a copper, they'd have all got booked. Morons.

The Orion SOLD* on Thursday evening when I accepted an offer on eBay. Only once I had accepted the offer was I able to see the potential buyer was located in Yorkshire so about as likely to be a serious buyer as I am to be the queen. Has he got in contact with me? Has he fuck.

 

The Alfa Romeo 156 failed to sell today on an eBay auction at £600. Considering it has had £500 worth of belt changes, £120 of tyres and numerous other parts as well as being an MOT'd and perfectly working, quick, reliable and comfortable car this seemed like a good deal to me, yet still no-one bit.

 

Is anyone interested in either of these cars, if so make me an offer. I need these sold within a week or there will be no money for MOT on the Fiesta at the end of the month as well as insurance on it and the Rover.

Details are fuzzy on this one....

Yesterday in the High Street of the village I live in (Part of the Doncaster conurbation) a man was found with head injuries.... during the day... So naturally there was a large Police presence as the scene was sealed and forensics got involved. Well, you have to let them get on with this, as it is vital in case the victim dies. Seriously, I have NEVER seen so many people in my village. People with no business there, just clogging up the open roads. (The main A19 was closed and also a parallel feeder road) In order for people to get from one side of the village, there was a 20 mile detour.... or, as some decided, simple drive through the local park. Yes, that's right, where children play etc. When I mentioned it to the Poilice guiding traffic, they took it on board, got onto control, and something was organised, as they hadn't realised it was happening. Obviously resources were stretched, and it took time for them to get the Manpower in place. What did I witness on my return? Queues of cars going BOTH ways on a narrow walkway through the park, people who were walking had to get out of the way. I told a few drivers not to bother (I was filming it using my phone) and one threatened to get out of his car and hit me..... One shouted at me and told me to mind my own business, another drove straight at me.... Well how inconvenient that I wasn't actually filming at these points.... Apparently according to one driver, the Police had TOLD them to drive through the park..... Bullshit.

 

SO inconvenient, isn't it, that people have to wait a little while, or go a different way, while the Police do their job and look for a vicious attacker/possibly murderer. Fucktards...

just found out my girlfriends brain tumour has returned. Had major surgery 7 years ago, and today it was confirmed its back. She'll have the op in about 2 weeks. if its successful, driving license suspended for 6 months, at least 4 months off work. Worried senseless it won't be a success, god i love her.
