Reg isn't coming up on a search so might be a bit more involved than just sending off for a new V5C...

Worked on DVLA site. Says last taxed 1999. It must've been under cover or you'd need a really big dust pan and brush!

It must be an optical illusion but I always imagined the Mk3 was a bit bigger than the Mk4.

Are there any classic Ford lickers that can put me right?

They are exactly the same size, chassis, floorpan, sills etc are all the same, mk 4 and mk 5 were just re panelled and updated from the previous model. Looks a bargain and Modena green is a good colour, would if I had room.

"ULEZ complaint"

I suspect anyone who is in favour of ULEZ would complain about that driving around their area, yes

I'm still trying to work out how a 2002 van is  remotely approaching compliant in the first place?!

£5k seems a good price but if it's as good as the advert suggests, why hasn't it got an MoT?

Show's as MOT'd for me.

Landsails are off putting though.

Mk3-4-5 all use same shell on est ( only back wings differ on est & scuttle swage lines).

Must be interesting for the driver, sitting inches away from a dead body in a woven (and therefore presumably not airtight) coffin.  I hope they have a LOT of Magic Trees in there.
