The interior shot looks a bit Salvador Dali.

I wonder what the AI Art Generator will make of it?

hey I know this car, seen it several times on Plumstead High Street, think it lives somewhere around there.

Looks a bit knackered in real life but not like it's done anywhere near 400k miles

How sad is that Ulez victim? One owner from new and 400k with detailed history. It's clearly been a much loved car. I bet the owner is gutted to part ways with it after 33 years thanks to Ulez BS.

Indeed so, it probably barely sips the fuel, they're pretty frugal little things.

I would go down the route of saying it's less environmentally friendly to create another car and dispose of another as this one's carbon footprint has been offset. But I don't have the facts to back that up. Could be BS. Just as much as ULEZ :)

Unless the cats are gone or the drivetrain is dead this is a bargain.

This could probably go in the “cars you didn’t know existed” or the “cars no shiter has had a go at” thread.

Antara, a 4wd Diesel Vauxhall. Anonymous modern shite for a thousand pounds.

A niece's husband has the Cheverolet version of that. They live in Ohio, and I saw loads out there last time I went.

Two separate issues though. ULEZ is not about global pollution or carbon footprint, it's about local pollution.

I also think that ULEZ shouldn't exist but that doesn't really address it!

My issue is with it's ever expanding nature. If it's truly in the heart of a city where you get all the clag/smog from traffic jams then fair enough. That's what it was originally. Almost like congestion charge!!

But pretty much everywhere within the M25 circle just doesn't cut it for me.

C'mon, fucking Croydon and Sutton... And Carshalton FFS 🤦

Before long, I wouldn't be surprised if it will "expand" to every urban area and only rural areas will be exempt.. taxing every "OLD CAR = BAD" off the road

[By the way, I am in no means arguing with you, just sharing my thoughts. I agree, and fair point about it's intention]
