3.5 Nissan powered? Might be a safer bet than a C6 Diesel...........

I think Laguna Coupes are real lookers, and that one seems a more sensible price than others. Would.

Yes, it’s the engine out of the 350Z, which was well thought of at the time; not sure the autobox gets the best out of it, but that’s all part of what makes it shite.

I see it's in Bournemouth.  Didn't someone want an emergency replacement car in Poole?

Edit: yes, it was @Iamgroot

Surely someone round that way can get this bought and roffled before the weekend?

Indeed. £7 a ticket. If someone else can pick up, I'm happy to lend £100 to the buy-to-roffle pot. Anyone else in?

I'll match that.

Bit on the shiny side if anything, but nice nonetheless. Has a reserve and will probably go to someone who will spend all summer sitting next to it on a deckchair giving Metro owners the evils.

the front windscreen washers have stopped working but it is a simple fix

Selling on behalf of a friend that is no good with computers

Not too handy with bolting in a new washer pump either, presumably.

I'm pretty sure the more basic early Mk1s got a rubber bulb on the floor rather than an electric pump.  Don't recall whether the L was electric or not mind.

I'll put the last £100 in for that Visa if needs be. Now it just needs fetching.

@Iamgroot can you do logistics? Or is anyone else able to jump in?

I could have done the logistics, but could do today only and 90 quid in rail fare rules me out, sorry.

Greatly to my surprise, I can get from here to Bournemouth on Saturday for £35 - the last leg is by coach, but the coach isn't really any slower than the train.

That would pay for @TheDoctor's train.  Do it, let me know when to send the ££

That depends on who collects and handles it.  Wuv might be a good bet given cheaper travel costs

If someone can contact the seller, let me know if my services are needed, but I agree, keeping costs down is essential to make this a worthwhile mission. Wuvvum may be the better option

Although I am having deja vu, Mazda 323 anyone?

At least this one works I guess...

Message me with a PayPal address if you need some money for this.

Jesus, I'm getting giddy and I'm probably never going to see it!

Sounds like we have raised £500 (me, Dr, Wingz, Spartacus, Loser)

£400 for the car

£35 to cover Wuv's travel

£65 to cover a day's insurance + tax if needed (also send to Wuv)

£8.50 a ticket roffle.

If it all goes tits up worse each of us can lose is a ton...otherwise it's another Visa safely in the fold...
