Diesel - check, auto - check, pretty much every factory option - check. Feckin miles away from 99% of the population - check.

Want but can't justify - check

This is the same one that was for sale a coupe of years back and looked mint, was something like £500, it then sold and got stolen.

http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=980629

Now up for £1500, with no mention of the theft or damage caused.

Looks like he's edited the listing.

The car was unfortunately stolen a year ago, but very luckily seen and recovered by the Police only three hours later with some minor rear end damage. Very luckily the rest of the car was fine, and required only a replacement ignition barrel which was professionally carried out. The rear damage includes a dent to the tailgate, bumper and lower valance, but these as you can see from the photographs are not major. It's a shame as the whole car is in such good condition, but the price reflects the slight damage to the rear end (taking into account fresh MOT and tax as well), otherwise I would be looking for £1750 upwards......

Still not worth anywhere near £1500 if you ask me.

Much beigeness on offer, not sure about the 'never been over 50mph' claim though, if it's true then I really hope it's never seen a motorway.

Cor! Those wheel trims have to go though, I think this is supposed to have those really nice smooth ones.

Was rather ironic that there is an advert from 'Optical Express' linked in there.

This looks pretty good for the money - £595

CAT D but could have been so minimal to warrant it, maybe that is why it had a new roof. Looks tidy though.

I know it's been on before (and a few months back when it last changed hands), but this has no bids at £400 and less than 2 hours to go:

Tax and ticket until August. Somebody buy this to prevent me from doing so and thereby getting divorced and/or castrated on the spot.

I think I've posted that r5 auto before but the gearbox needing attention put me off.

I still want it though.

I love those Mk1 Preludes. GR9.3 for epic road trip home story, too.

Here's another Honda of similar vintage, not quite so far away in Oh My God It's Kilkenny:

What would you rather have, that Z600 that 4StarKnobheads want 75 large for (see Bargains thread), or 50 of these?

You can relax Skizzer, it looks like the R5 has sold.

I had a mad thought about what the Triumph purists would've done if these had been a Stag replacement.

Factory pimped Proton that's been on sale for best part of a year now. Enjoy the novelty of driving one of the last cars to have the engine on "the wrong side"

That Austin... totally would. The proportions look very much as I'd want them and the whole thing has the beginnings of a pretty awesome looking thing. Okay, so it needs a crapload of work to get finished off, but were all the elements in place I'd totally go for it.
