Gah, you tease Junkman, I saw Autoscout and thought for a moment that R14 might be in Germany and therefore the vendor might entertain a discussion about exchanging it for cash. But no, it’s in France, and therefore not.

It's proudly in Belgium, thus the seller will very much entertain a discussion about exchanging it for cash.

Stop making excuses!

Nobody bid, pls.

Auction pulled, texted the seller who claims to have sold it tonight for £1100.

Convenient when the auction has 12 hours left and is at just over half that figure.

Verdict: CHANCING FLIPPER BASTARD

Something fishy there as it was on Gumtree yesterday for £650.

Are you kidding me? Have the sellers number so am tempted to text again tomorrow on a different number/some other tactic.

If anyone sees it for sale PM me.

I note the seller has pretty bad feedback but all over a year old so doesn't show at first glance.

my beloved Citroen Xantia beloved

Riiiiiight.

it has had the oil changed every 10,000 and oil filter every 15,000,

Forgive me if I'm missing something really obvious, but isn't it standard fair to to both at the same time?

I want to restore it so bad.

Rialto with ticket for £950 - seller seems genuine enough. Worth ringing up just to find out what's under the cat piss tarp if nowt else. Mini or Invacar ?

Had a Rialto for my first car. Bought it for £100.00 as a non runner. My dad got it running in the guys driveway within an hour after purchase. The most dangerous, lethal and exciting thing I've ever driven. Gave my mate a lift in it, but we decided to give it a speed trial. When I got to 85mph as claimed by the speedo, the rear perspex windows started to shake with vigorous comedic violence. We both shat our pants.

Yup, would love a go at that Xantia - would be a mega satisfying rolling 'resto'.  Whitehaven's a bit far for me atm though...

Very rare second gen Legend Coupe in rough shape. It's a shame that cars like this almost always end up in the hands of owners that think wheels like this are acceptable on any car...

EDIT: Even the mileage stated in the ad seems to be wrong...

I've looked at one of these in somewhat similar shape last year. Before I could return with the money to buy it the owners dad destroyed the waterpump and blew the headgasket. Or that's at least what I was told. Morons as far as the eye can see...
