The M3 clutch struggles to contain the meagre torque produced by a high revving straight 6, there's no way it will cope with the torque that may one day be produced by that. Unless it has Gods own pressure plate, which will require thighs like Tom Platz to operate.

I quite like this old thing anyone have any idea what the rear lights are from as that is the biggest worry for me getting replacement lenses.

Google image search implies that the lights are the same as the saloon, so just rocking horse teeth rare as opposed to unobtainium.
