This is my old XJR. I sold it to a guy down south so I'm glad to see it back in Scotland. I wish I had the money to buy it back!

It appears to have been a couple of weeks since Dobbywoller has bought something MoT-less with issues.

This is on my watch list BECOZ 156 and it's just been reduced from 200BINS to 100 or make me an offer squire...

In Welshland

Right now I'm feeling the Puma horn. Even the cleanest looking 1.7s (I can ignore the 1.4 and 1.6) seem to struggle past £1000 but I think we've all agreed that won't last much longer.

- This Green is my favourite colour.

-think I'd get a mountain bike in there? edit: seems a bike in a puma isn't a big deal but, thinking about it, I think a roof box would be a good idea. Save the interior from getting damp or muddy and I'd still have the regular boot space.

Failing that I'm sure this could swallow a bike, no sweat.

I cant post link cos it sold straight away! 4000 quid Allegro...restored to as perfect condition as you could get for an Allegro. Advertised as best in Sweden, maybe Europe. I have gazed at at it in the metal and it is a peach!

I was about to say that looks great but actually it's horrible. I think a nice would be, y'know, nice.

- there is one of these that's parked near my g/f's parent's in Margate. It hasn't moved more than about 500 yards in the (almost) 4 years I've known of it and is suitably rough looking - also took me a while to recognise the Traffic profile hiding under that nosecone.

Yes I can confirm even between model years even with identical looking engines the looms differ however they do simply clip and unplug in so easily swapped (much easier with the engine out of course).

What he's most likely done is not swap the engine immobiliser unit from one to another, it's a silver box where the car/engine loom meet, easily overlooked, caught me out before on a corsa of much older vintage but vaux are still using the design at least 5 years on,I think they were up until 2008/9 at least, maybe still?

And despite me attempting to help someone over on the blue with it be kept ignoring everything I was saying and that he'd "ask the Vauxhall man" when he had a chance.

Do believe it's still not running, even linked him to am eBay part of what he needed.

Sigh.

I sent them a message compliment the hedge.

It would be a very weird coincidence if lots of other people did the same.

There are quite a few pictures now. They are all crap.

No mention of MoT!  It's probably safe to assume there isn't one, and it has about as much chance of passing as Hyacinth has.  Shame that, the Lipari Blue paint looks nice on it.
