'To celebrate 30 years Joshua Tree, one of the best albums ever made '

I'd rather fucking listen to amplified cats mating.

'Bono's first car he got when he got few bob :) '

Runs on fair trade recycled antelope droppings does it?

Engine Size: 4,517

Verdict: Bollocks, smug little bastard.

DO NOT PAINT!

I thought that at first too but in reality I don't think it has a particularly nice patina. The paint is too uniformly buggered.

Claims to be 'almost' a pre-production Maestro. What do we think, is that true or 'I am told' BS?

So, apart from the mis-placed rocker switch for the headlamps, he has described the Maestro Base - available from launch in the spec. he describes. Shame he's not bothered to picture these unique pre-production features. A quick Google on BL chassis numbers or a visit to the Club website will tell him if he has a pre production example or not; Production cars started at chassis number 100001. pre-prod. cars didn't have a '1' at the start of the chassis number.

Have we had this yet?  Somewhat shonky and not particularly cheap, but a chrome-bumper diesel Familiale must be a pretty rare beast now.

looks like 28k mileage too

The engine has 28k on it supposedly but the van sure as hell doesn't, just look at the pedal rubbers. Only has three MOTs on the website no later than April 2015, the same year it was "restored". Two of those three tests is a fail and retest and the other a year later has just over 150 miles added. I reckon it's been off the road years and has had the engine and clocks from a 28k mile donor car fitted.

That looks great, probably my dream Mondeo and has the red key.

I have the red key with mine :-)

I've decided on my ideal spec, K reg GLX 1.8 pez, manual with optional air conditioning, slight preference for a saloon, maybe in Isis blue or Nouveau red. I may be waiting some time for this to appear lol.

I thought it was low mileage but according to MOT history August 2006 mileage 94,377 and August 2007 7,465miles so now discount anything the vendor writes as likely being untruth and seen through the rose tinted specs that come as standard with one of these.

Quite near me if anyone seriously needs an honest appraisal.

Another contender for the number plate obfuscation award :)
