-Never seen a V6 GT before. I like it, though I don't care for the modifications.

That Lotus Senator is a guy on the Renner Alpine forum's brothers. He wants 15k for it. Some info here on it, made from a written off Lotus Carlton.

There is much real shite you can get for 15 bags and that's the coffin nail.

Now you've spoilt it for me , I thought it was a real Vauxhall development car. The ad implies this, but when I read it again, I realise it doesn't actually say it.

Seems I haven't gone 25 years ignorant of this after all.

I spent a week with one of those a few years ago, they're an excellent drive. If it's straight, that car is stunning value for money.

Edit. Just read the description....

Sadly it has developed a serious oil leak and I have neither the time or the skills to fix it. Other than this it runs and drives, surprisingly well for it's age. It is only suitable to be towed away as the leak is so severe. Fortunately the leak was spotted before it was driven empty of oil so no further damage has been caused.

It has MOT until April 13th 2017.

Of course as a car of 27 years old it does have some imperfections, I will list them as honestly as I can: Major oil leak as mentioned, drivers door handle needs to be handled correctly to open, passenger window is held shut or opened by means of wooden wedge (secure from the outside), various areas of surface rust though nothing that caused concern to the MOT tester, the battery is held in place with garden wire (MOT pass), the aerial fell off and has been replaced with a coat hanger (bent into a circle, much to the joy of anyone who notices), slightly wonky rear bumper, needs a good clean inside and out.

Given these like to shit oil out of their rocker cover, this could be a nice little roadside fix.
