Don't use an excuse, just find a stretch of tarmac the same colour close enough to home and she'll NEVER SEE IT.  I can't see how this could fail.

 

Alternative response:  is she colourfast?

That Xantia is flippin' lovely, even at twice the price. I would love to find a space for it here but something really has to give before I start buying more complex modernish French tat and I can't afford another set of running costs.... Maybe Gary will buy it, eh?

I am sad because that applejack Metro 1.3S is about to go to a Mini-fancier for £400-odd and die for its engine, and I'm not in a position to go and collect it at the moment so can't save it.

 

Why would they do that? Do Mini-fiddlers honestly believe that no other car has any worth or value other than their precious fucking Minis?

Nail/head, and you could just as easily substitute Escort, Capri or VW for Mini.

i had the honda version of one of these.

 

it was terrible, the worse car i ever, EVER had, it was a company car, and i just about killed it in 2 years. i hate to have had to spend cash monies on one. are the rovers better (TBH they couldnt be any worse.)
