So just to confirm, you didn't buy this car then? :P

Well done for saying no! Most of us would just have bought it anyway and complained bitterly about it...

Re the Audi, my mate is selling that - to be fair, if he hadnt bought it and completely rewelded all the rear subframe mounts, sorted all the brakes etc it'd have been mega scrap fodder by now.. It's not going to be to everyones taste, and it's a bit rough and ready, but at least it's not in the jaws of the grab yet :)

And DW, yes, tha's the one

It just wasnt worth it, and if he's got other people interested that could make better use then i'm not too fussed! It was a nice jaunt out for a Sunday afternoon :)

 You can see the driver's door looks a bit misaligned in the photo. I'd have bought it just so the trip wasn't a waste.

I figured 20 quid in fuel was better than 150 and the utter ripping my mate would have given me forever, he was in stitches!!!

That Nissan Prairie from a couple of pages back, with big red text ranting about the ten watchers, currently has 84 watchers.

I had one of those exactly like this (without all the banded wheels/lowering stuff) once and it was absolutely detestable. Hats off to the vendor of this one for getting it far closer to it's grave.

That's Dez off Retro Rides, he has some serious SKILLZORZ and all the work's been done to a really high standard. Might not be to your taste but he has actually done a fuggofalot to get it back on the road safely and guarantee its future for the time being.

Lord Sterling - your prayers have been answered.

I also have a pile of magazines with 800 related articles in as well which will be included.

The box is heavy so collection only please.

Any questions please ask.

I think I'm in love, It's not a model I've heard of before but this looks mega nice to me.

THAT.......IS........GORGEOUS.

I don't care that I have quoted the picture. Here is another photo.

Just as well I am broke. Depending on what it finishes on, its up there style wise with Bristol or Gordon Keeble but probably for less money.

As much as I am not one for "Doctor" style adverts, you'd have thought they might have sought to improve their chances of a successful sale by spending 5 minutes with a strimmer before taking the photo.:.

FIT LANCIA

'ALL WELDING DONE'

It's less than 5 miles from me. It's a good job I'm a coward, or I'd have hit the bid button.

Do it, do it, do it, do it DO IT! Five miles is only three AA relays away, you know these type of cars like the back of your hand and it seems bloody cheap to me.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Pontiac-Fireb ... 0760148332

We are selling the metal chassis only from a 1982 Pontiac Firebird.

If you are a die-hard Pontiac or Knight Rider fan, then this is the chance to build your own car or KITT from the shell up

Sorry chief, the year is 2012, no-one's given a shit about building KITTs since 1992 i'm afraid.

The chassis is showing its age a little and we've included pictures showing some of the rust in the passenger floor pan

Michael - Since i've saved your ass from the bad guys yet again, how about you promise to tickle my undercarriage with your big blue flashing stick? I'm not taking no for an answer this time

Unsurprisingly, KruJoe's Cavshite has sold. I imagine the seller has a stump for an arm at £150!

Eh?

Time left: 2d 23h (06 Sep, 201217:54:51 BST)

Starting bid: £150.00 [ 0 bids ]

Seems not, to me. I seem to remember it was showing one bid yesterday :?

Still listed.

Edit, I just scrolled down - DUR!

On 03-Sep-12 at 07:59:02 BST, seller added the following information:

(THIS CAR HAS NOW SOLD PLEASE NO MORE BIDDING THANKS)

I wonder why he didn't pull the listing then?

Oh, and I doubt it sold for £150, he'll have done a deal at a monkey or summert, and cancelled the bid.
