That Invicta is the exact car I've always pictured in Bruce Springsteen's ' My Home Town' .

Considering the lyrics mention he was in high school in 65, it's doubtful that the 'big old Buick' would have been that new when he was 8 years old, but it's my imagination,so I don't care.

In '65 a '60 Buick would have been considered ancient, so your imagination could be well congruent with reality.

That's "The Pig" owned by whitevanman (Dunc) of this parish

Well... Was... He's not been on for ages

Is that a good, or a bad thing?

That's correct. Where is he?

Spoke to him last week. Hes still in the same place. I think he's having a bit of a shit time of things at the minute so is taking a break from forums.

And Junkman.. he's a good guy !:)

I meant the car!

Oops! I've no idea what kind of shape the car will be in. I've only seen it once when I popped in for a brew on my way home from Newcastle one night. That was five years ago and it was dark. Its certainly imposing though!

Quite often there is something interesting hiding in the background of the shot of the car for sale.

Lurking behind that UMM a couple of pages back is this post-17481-0-80586800-1405008687_thumb.jpg

Sadly it is not in sellers other items. Can't work out just what it is but I'd rather have it than the UMM.
