Always used to be amazed by these spoilers, they look utterly fucking ridiculous, like some sort of carrying handle, but I think they are a pukka Alfa Romeo accessory!!!! jesus christ man.

When I flew over to Amsterdam to collect my new 156 in 2000 (5k saving IIRC) I asked the salesman which customers specified those comedy boot spoilers?

He replied 'English people'

Why have a Ferrari when you can have the reliability* of an MR2?

Oh yeah, because it looks shit.

Bargain Alert!

I would love this - nice Camry Exec Estate - £350 with half a year of test left. According to the seller, the previous owner had it serviced twice a year.

Sadly, since it won't even fit in the sellers camera, I doubt it will fit on my drive.

If you could keep the rust at bay, I reckon this could be a great 'forever' daily - old enough, good enough and simple enough for you to want to keep, use and maintain it yourself until the oil wells dry up.

Reasonably priced Moggie, the saloons seem to have calmed down a bit price-wise, might have to try one one day.

That does seem like a good deal, what a nice car. You might even be able to get more money off since the dealer doesn't understand numbers:

Mileage: 66,012 Miles

I CAN NOT WARRANTY THE MILES JUST LISTED WHAT THE CLOCK STATES

That pile of something in the background, have you tried putting that on the car to see if it fits better than the real hood?

^ I love that display on old Sierras. It looks like the doors are flying in close formation with the front and rear.

that Sierra rocks my socks. Hope some kit car NOB doesnt rape it of the low mileage running gear for some fibreglass shitbox

That Sierra is the hottest thing since Susanna Reid flashed her gash to bleary eyed morning risers.

Wow, a 1938 Citroen Traction Avant! £1000 start price.

But wait, what's that parked next to it?

It's only the other white Visa GTi in NZ! Citroen NZ imported two of each colour (white, black, grey, red) to test the waters for the local market but it cost more than a V8 Commodore, so obviously took a while to shift them,so only 8 were sold new here. Nice to know the survival rate of white ones is 100%, though I had seen pictures of this one before. Am sure to be giving the seller a call and introducing myself....

L51UGO COLLECTORS EDITION

It is a collectable car and will not dissappoint the buyer.

It is a Ghia Si but let's not get too excited.

More low hanging fruit.

Back then I found it pointless, gaudy, patronising, and it turned out to be the harbinger of everything that's wrong with the newfangled tosh.

I now wish we had stopped it right there and then.
