This is pretty fucked, but also complete(ish) and not Mini rotten. It even has floors. It is £399 BIN, making it a MEGA BARGAIN. That's right, you can party like it's 1999 by purchasing a Mini for four hundred quid.

Situated in some or other urban metropolis, presumably well served by a modern light rail system the seller could collect you from:

Kingussie isn't very remote, there's a railway station and buses pass through regularly. The centre of the PH21 postcode might be in the middle of nowhere but the town is well served.
