This one is back for sale again, when I picked a bunch of parts from him a guy was due to come and collect it later in the week. That must have fallen through. I only had a quick look at it and I think it will need some work. Kind of tempted as it’s closer to being road ready than my two but that does seem excessive.

That's a truly bloody horrible colour. Still would though.

1.3! Kudos for getting overspray on the screen wash bottle and rear number plate. And probably everything in between.

Signal yellow replaced Daytona yellow in late 1976 with the introduction of the mk4, it was used until late 1980 when it was replaced by Prairie yellow. Our neighbour opposite had an early mk 5 2.0 Ghia estate in signal yellow as a company car which I thought was very cool although not my favourite colour as a child, I love the colour more now, a friend also restored a mk5 2.0 Ghia S a few years ago which was also Signal yellow and lovely.

My favourite signal yellow Cortina picture:

1.3 Maestro with a loud exhaust, vinyl roof, and reverse camera. Oh, and it is £7,495...

Not only vinyl roof, but top of tailgate too! 'Only one in the world', thank fuck.
