Ad now says it "runs/drives/stops", so that'd explain that.  It appears to be a C-Matic though, so I would suggest running away very quickly.

Heh, I had one and I thought it was shit.  Hopelessly undergeared for what is really not a revvy engine.  And that's without the gearbox that will only run on a fluid that has been out of production for 40 years.

Mind you, "proper" automatic CXs are undergeared too.

Is it not the oil level indicator that sweeps to the level at ignition then drops back to the bottom at start up? 

Sure it was on the 19 I briefly had. Could be miss-remembering though.

Aren't they the bare bones of a Yaris underneath?
