This is ace, but the wooden bed and those hinged ramps usually mean it's had a lard life dragging plant and tractors round

The interior of this is like a Rubik's cube of cast off wood from a sawmills. When you wake up in the morning you're either going to knock yourself out on that wood burner pipe or smash your ribs to bits on the edge of the bed.

'it's giving me a headache trying to remember it all'

It's giving me one looking at it, M8.

'back in 2016 it became a cat d...don't let it put you off.'

It hasn't. Everything else did though.

This should be good, all that effort.

Yeah, yeah, nice and warm

Ok, Captain Bacofoil, can we cut to the chase now?

Losing the will to, live, M8. Are we going to see the finished product, or what?

Can we see the Rockwool and sealant again now?

I've never actually been in a homeless clown's temporary bedroom, but at least I know what to expect now.

Wonder why he insists on calling that truck a Dodge? Its a Renault.

Didn't some of the military ones have Dodge badges?

You sit for longer than one hour in those seats, you will need an invacar for the rest of your life. The first known use of the golden hour.  Get me to Grannies house within the hour or risk the need for prescription painkillers and council estate opiates.

Ditto. FIngers crossed it doesn't end up being raced.

It'd be lovely to see it fully restored, but I suspect it will also have strong appeal to those on the blue forum.

6 days left on the auction and it's already over 1500 quid. I doubt people we pay that much just for it to end up on an oval, banger racers would want something under 1 bag, but I could be wrong. I agree, it would be nice restored, the blue forum is RR right?

^^ yes. generally referred to as the 'blue'

If I have read between the lines correctly both forums had the same people on at the start then there was a split.

You may regret those words.

I notice Cavcraft has liked it on Facebook. Have you offered to swap it for a broken Honda Scooter yet?

A 2.2 HLS Automatic.

Be still my beating heart.

Been there, done that, 33 years ago, with a red one, VTX 481S.  It impressed me enough that I bought another one a few years later (HCK 333W, triple-black 2.0 HLS manual).  I likes a Princess, I does.
