I suspect Messrs Fowler, cms and FPB of this parish will be on their way to murder the creator of this soon.

The leopard print is even on the wheels, though. That's dedication!

Looks like it could have been a Simmonites special, there's was a time that all of their stock of P38's was made to look like L322 or had wing vents to look like Sports.

As you are probably one of the very few people to know what it is and then actually want it, I feel sorry for the seller who is looking at his Ebay account and seeing that loads of people have looked at it in the last hour thinking there will be a bidding war.

C class in a winning 90's colour. Shame the interior isn't a bit more flamboyant to match but looks good nevertheless.

WTF is going on with the pop top roof on that? Looks like it has a sort of verandah over the arse end

I think the sides fold in and then the ends and the roof fold Z shaped. So then the roof would be level with the van roof. That made sense in my head.

Seems a bit of a bodge / awkward way of doing it...

Smol van.

No pics of the 'conversion' which is telling but looks a lovely thing.

Bugger me - that looks quite good and was half an hour away from me! Plenty of conversion tips and examples on the Hijet forum, if anyone's interested. Radiator cover is from a later, 1.3 van

This looks like a bit of a bargain at £1250 quid

Sadly it sold before I could get a decent quote to have it bought down here.
