That's not bad value. Imagine the stuff you could drag home with that.

'This is one rare car. The only Aubergine 75 Contemporary CDTI (diesel) that Longbridge ever produced'

Lovely advert to be fair, just as it should be done.

That's fallen hard. Didn't we have this in the thread a few month ago for sale as a project? I take it if it doesn't sell out of copart it gets dismantled? TRIGGER, are you out there??

I seriously pray that nobody is going to molest it.

Why did I watchlist it? Help me!

Reading the blurb, I wonder if this is a derivative of the Holland Coachcraft streamliners? Coachcraft disappeared during the war as the company could not get work and the founder seems to have gone a bit doolally as a result, but there does seem to be a resemblance. It was built for a laundry which was the primary market of Coachcraft's products. Fantastic shape.

I would think the motability cars would have been automatics, but please prove me wrong!

I can drive a manual, but I need to ware an ankle brace boot which is very cumbersome and creates its own issues.

I've read that people particularly keen on driving manual vehicles despite leg weakness have fitted brake servos to the clutch hydraulic circuit, no idea how successful or easy it would be.

Ever tried sitting on the back of a very wet Newfoundland dog shaking itself as you try and take pictures of your Ford Capri?

Begging for people to read the advert fully, but typing like an unpunctuated machine gun.

Like a 1980's version of a Terry and June backdrop.

I love buying cars when they're in that sort of neighbourhood, something very pleasant about meeting old people with a story to tell.

Nigh on ten grand for a sodding LHD automatic with a sun roof.

The fact a non-sunroof roof comes with it means someone will probably a Mexico log book and next week it'll have ten inch wheel arches and a price tag three times this.

Yes, these are the only photos.

Then complement them with this description:

This is a restoration project.

All required parts are available to complete.

Please contact with any questions

I think it's the piss poorest showing we had in a long time.

What a clown.
