So green you'd probably be exempt from paying the congestion charge driving it.

Project plan:

  1. Buy an MGF that could have been fixed.
  2. Buy a mini pick up that could have been fixed.
  3. Cut away enough of each car that they could never go back on the road again.
  4. combine with gaffer tape and false promises.
  5. Spend 16 weeks making wheel arches that don't actually cover the wheels.
  6. Change your mind and lob it on ebay.

*All potential removed with an angle grinder several years ago.

Classic Jaguar XJ6 Series 2 1976 3.4 Fully Restored - Very rare, reluctant sale

GOVT HEALTH WARNING do not look at the other pics in the auction

The words are basically horse manure though. Series 2 was launched with the 4.2 litre engine only but for the 1975 MY (so during 1974) it got the 3.4 too - essentially to replace the 2.8 from series 1 (which was always underpowered). Seller seems to think the car is unique (it's not) and so does his 'Jaguar mechanic'. Shame really as it looks nice and 'early 3.4 series II' would be an honest description in my opinion.

Grim....

That's an FSO Polonez pickup isn't it?

Anyone for an A112 903 from Greece for 600 euro notes?

I was wondering, because so many great* cars flow through this thread, would a Eurotrash thread be a good idea? With UK sales from Gumtree/eBay/facebook living here whilst European curiosities live elsewhere.

What do you guys think?

Yep, if only because I see a car, get all giddy, then realise it's the far side of Sweden, or somewhere.

Pretty certain that’s my old Standard Companion, albeit number plate robbed.

It’s even got the slightly skewed front bumper where I push started the pickup!

Pricey motor. 43000p (whatever that is). I like this guy, he's good at driving the cars he's meant to be selling.
Complete with rusting B pillar welds, missing steering column trim, faulty hatch, rattles and squeaks, and horrendous steering wobble.
Only yours to drive home (if it hasn't been bought already)... if the border's open!
