'morning'. It's fine, you've got a let a man get on with his job, but if nothing in an hour, I'll check in with him. Otherwise I'll be in the dentists chair at the time he arrives, lol.

Of course it's 'epic' FFS, he's rescuing an incredibly rare and quirky car that should have been scrapped years ago.

I take it the above was aimed at me yes. are you sure it's not an unprecedented event then,

 

Of course I do wish all the best with this adventure wether it's epic or not is a different matter, any car saved is a bonus wether rare or not.

No further updates, but I'm now going to head out, train to the lock-up, pick up the Mazda, drive to my dentist in Faversham, drive back to the lock-up and hopefully by then it should be pretty close.

Just had a text from egg.  The courier needs help unloading apparently.  His ETA in Whitstable is 4pm.  Anyone local able to help?

 

Edit: if you can help please PM me and I'll send you the details, as egg is at the dentists at the mo.

If a colour were to be assigned to this, then I think brown would currently be a good call.

 

Hope something can be sorted out. Also hope Egg hasn't lost too many teeth at the dentist....

its a good excuse if he finds out telling his wife it was her valentines gift was a bad idea  :mrgreen:

 

(those injections are fun when they knock out just half your face, proper fun trying to puff up you cheeks, only for half your bottom lip to still be asleep and it all the air to escape from there)

It's in the garage, egg's brother-in-law helped out in the end.  He says it's both better and worse that he was expecting!  I'm sure he'll be along soon with an update.
