Would prefer all monies before running the roffle as recently there have been some people who just havent paid after they didnt win.

There is a certain mix of joy tinged with regret at watching a roffle play out without a toe in the water...a feeling matched only by having a toe in the water and realising your number has come up. GLWTR all

I've generally been quite good about only buying roffle tickets for cars that will find a home here.  The difference here is that I put my name down before I won the Rover.  I'd love to win the Saab but it would be a tricky choice deciding what to sell.
