The car continues to perform very well, despite the heat and the rattle which comes and goes when it pleases.

 

I whacked in £30 of premium stuff this morning, and have just done 65 miles of site visits where the outside temp apparently didn't drop below 31C, and I was certainly not on an economy run. I was quite content to see this when I got home...

 

 

Not bad for a 180hp 2.0T five pot.

 

Noticed 4th was a weensy bit reluctant at times, but it did that for a short while on holiday when it got stupidly hot.

 

I'd like to reassure those expressing palpable enthusiasm that, as long as you come and collect it from me so I can go forth and find my next silly automatic luxobarge, I'm not going to be precious about what you do with it. As others say, it's yours to do what you want with, and if that means flipping it for £££s the day after then good on you .
