Questions, questions..

Have they made it there?

Was the horse still in it?

Did it start?

How long is the tailback behind it?

I might tune in to the travel news for an update.

Last seen heading north to Appleby to collect three piebalds and a dag.

We back home, well Mr b is and I've just pulled up. Horsebox is grand, drives ok too. Had enough fuel to get back so no pez station pics. Sadly my Octavia now needs a new windscreen.

Legendary. Look forward to following the forthcoming Dodge-fixing blog, including cab replacement and (hopefully) muscle car engine transplant.

Well done, assuming you can get it home.  Why the fascination with horse boxes? Have you bought a race horse?

Oh.  I'm out of date - you are home.

Sadly it's s Renault Dodge rather than a pure Dodge but top marks still.

What happened?

Were you driving behind the Knackers van and bits fell off?

Did the horse fall out the back on the way home?

When you've knocked up your micro abode you need to garnish it with one of these things on an A frame. :D

What you need is Bub and his trike in the back ready for rapid deployment. A modern day version of the A(utoshite) team if you like.

I was following the van on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. A Line of car passed us and one threw up a stone or something. Made a terrible cracking noise then it spread along screen and top to bottom.

Ouch!

That doesn't actually look bad at all.  Bloody bargain for under 500 quid.  What will it do flat out?

58 furlongs/hour

Had it up to 60, wouldn't want to go any faster than that! 50-55 is optimal velocity

Predictably there's some fairly serious rot in the cab! The box is quite decent though. The engine is GLORIOUS!!! Sounds wonderful, even with a slight annoying blow on the ex manifold.

Does Motability not cover that bub?

Yea but I've got to pay an excess.

The horse wagon is not bad overall. A tickle with the electric sparkler and it will be grand. For the price it really isn't bad

Bub once again proving that no good deed goes unpunished there.

Can you not just ignore the cab rot, spray some febreeze in the wooden bit and hang up some Kath Kidson nonsense to make it a high value camper?  Guaranteed returns.
