All the adhesive qualities of ornate porcelain.

All right to look at but useless for anything else.

Just occured to me that I haven't bothered checking exactly what tyres were on the front of my picasso, I knew they were budgets and the rears have got the original Michelin's on from 2005 🤣

I present to you...

Have we had Westlake yet? ZuperEco no less.
On a courtesy A220d with 400Nm torque, wet junctions are not as quickly exited as I'd like.4d84aedaddbba92732eabff7ef9388c2.jpgbb8a56066b090049231b6af6e23d58df.jpg

You’d expect those to grip pretty well!

Oh wait! The Chinese chop them off leaving them unattached to anything.

After you've worn them out in 10k miles can you powder them up, mix with water, drink and have a hard-on for three days?

Sumitomos

Aren't they actually half decent, made in Japan. Sure they're OEM on something...

What's wrong with Sumitomo?

Old company making decent tyres

I had not seen Sumitomo tyres  before last week when I was searching for tyres for the Mercedes.
I did not know they made tyres but they are well known for making the best excavators.

On the subject of tyres from manufacturers famous for other products I have not seen Nokia tyres before:

Tyres are Nokian not Nokia. The used to be part of the Nokia telecoms group but have been separate for sometime now.

Nokian is actually regarded as a premium brand in Scandinavia, at least for their winter tyres, Hakkapeliitta

I still don't think Triangle and Achilles have been beaten as the most inappropriate names for a tyre

There’s a tyre company in Bangladesh called Rupsha. Not what you want to think about while you’re driving.

Triangle tyres should be used on Relaints and other tripods for maximum fun.
