Citroen C15, MOT Oct, £250.

It's with a heavy head that I have to offer the ex HMC C15 for sale. Financial miscalculations this month mean that I need the money to either buy food and stuff and survive, or buy a modified AX diesel off eBay.

I've done barely any miles in it since I collected it from Devon last month. I've just got a Picasso which I reckon will do 90% of the vanning stuff of the C15 with 300% of the comfort, extra seats and shiz.

It has an MOT 'til mid October. It's very scruffy. It starts when you turn the key and drives when you apply the appropriate combination of controls. It has a BFO roof rack and spinny roof vent thing.

Also it fits in garages. Just.

The key is of the 'clown's pocket' variety. Very baggy in the locks but they all work. Here it is next to my AX key.

The location is GU16. I can help with pick ups or whatever. I'd happily drive it/trust it to Estonia and back. It comes with a spare indicator or summat, an unused roll of tinted mirror film for the back windows, nearly half a tank of diesel, and possibly a battery toy without a battery.

Here it is today, parked alongside the paint remnants of my recent AX vandalism.

It needs to go/needs gone quickly if possible. Hit me up PM style if you're interested.

Any locksmiths around here who want a free van? In all seriousness, taking pictures of keys makes it really easy for people to make copies.

The C15 has a new ignition barrel and key so ner ner to burglarists. Also, if anyone wants to track down the garage I keep my AX in and get a key cut and try to pinch it then fair play, they can have it for sheer persistence.

Big diesel, little weight, why does everyone say they are slow?

Ive not found that - a bit undergeared on the Motorway in 5th but hey they are a 70's design. Nippy around town. I love mine

...loads still in use in France. Every farm owns one. Fantastic suspension too .

Lots on Ebay currently if this one escapes you - but all much more money or lot worse condition.

The one in Shrewsbury is still available,  PM me for the owners number.

Naturally aspirated XUD (mine was, anyway, dunno what's in that one) innit... mine was slow, but always got there - tortoise and the hare and all that.

They are great. Of course they are based on the Visa diesel so of course they are great. Did I say they were great? Of course! :-)

Anyone reading that might get the impression you liked these a bit...

DW8 in this one, a bastardised XUD with a different head and emissions control - should go a bit better than an XUD7.

It goes alright. No issues on the way home. Needed a lot of fuel because of the weather.

Struggles in gale force winds on the M25. Collected a very expensive radiator for the SVX in it on the way home. Radiator cost more than the entire van.

Spinner does a good dubstep impression.

Clutch pedal horrid but can be adjusted.

Pleased with purchase. Not seen it in the daylight yet.

I need to get busy with the Vactan and find a new bonnet. Otherwise, this 'un's fit to graft.
