IIRC The board of the Sherpa GT/Convertible/roof chopped Farina owners club were taken to the European Court for not allowing Gay personal ads in their club magazine "Enjoying Sherpa".

A new survey (of 3,685 respondents) by Gaywheels.com and Sorgenfrei reveals that 67 percent of both gay male and lesbian car buyers consider it “very or somewhat important†for auto companies to exhibit a “gay-friendly†reputation (when it’s defined by whether the company offers domestic partner benefits to its employees).

 

According to Joe LaMuraglia, a former Nissan employee who now serves as Gaywheels.com’s publisher, Saab deserves special mention as the brand most over-represented among gay and lesbian buyers. The Sweden-based General Motors subsidiary has only a tiny .1 percent of the U.S. market, but gay men are 18 times more likely to own one than is the general public. Lesbians are 11 times more likely to own a Saab.

Cavette junior has been taken on at the garage he's been working at as an apprentice Chuffed to bits for him as it appears he's done very well and impressed the boss. Officially starts next week and will be doing one day a week at college instead of two.*Now to the grumpy thread to complain about Dad's taxi service and the price of fuel getting him there/back

Cheers! He hasn't been paid yet, he was doing two days a week for a couple of weeks as a trial and his boss is going to be talking money with him next week.Tbh I'm not that bothered how much he gets and he's not too bothered either, it's just nice he's found a job and will know what it's liking working for a living and getting valuable experience.I don't mind taking him and picking him up really, money well spent in my eyes.I know everyone likes to think their kids are GR8 but he really is a good, sensible, nice lad and I'm absolutely made up for him.
