So far from the Channel 205 UK there are 3 videos about his imported Peugeot Hoggar pickup.

First one collection day.

I keep getting YT links that will not allow the video to be embedded. I hope it is YT not the fourm.

That’s a user setting on the video - you can choose whether or not to allow embedding.

He may have turned it off inadvertently  — I’ll drop him a message.

Will stick this in the F1 thread too as it's too good to just have it here.

A high quality rip of a Japanese release of the Japan 1991 F1 race. Covers practice, qualifying, and some of the race but in a slightly arty way yet (I think) gives you a good representation of being in the stands watching these cars.

Mr Regular gets his twisted metaphors around the VW engined Diesel 740 while riffing on the failure of heavy oil in the US as a whole. Only 100 Ovlov 740 Diesels remain in the whole of the US.

One of my all time fave car programmes. Watched it on VHS many times! I've always wanted to know if the crazy posh cabbie was in any way real!

Seen all 3 parts now. I disagree that this si the cheapest motor sport.

I think that  Autotests is cheaper.   There are also trials, which are not so hard on the cars, thus no mods. to the cars needed. Still very difficult to drive though. I done both in my MGs. I also took part in 12 car rallies. I wonder if they are still viable to organise these days, with all of that H&S around

I do have a hankering for one of these in my life. It's a shame it burnt Citroen so bad they won't do another.

There's a few clubs up here in the north east that regularly organise 12 car rallies.
