I got a metal replacement from ModAMini for £16.99 posted. Much easier to read the white end as well.

How long it that? Must be hard to wipe the pointy end while holding the knob end.

French meeting at blackbushe this morning.   A traction owner brought this magnificent delage instead.

Even though ats euro master are winding down their review bot is still active

Probably not much point leaving a review since that database won't have any use soon but the cheap ditch finders are very good, I've done several "oh fuck" stops ranging from dry and wet, fast and slow, my fault and not, they hang in there on the b4011 at 60+ bar the 3 really sharp corners which I only take at 35/40 for mechanical sympathy not the cars limits and they've been perfectly fine 👌

(I think part of the reason I wore the p bushes and outer tyres edges off the xsara so much was hooning it around sharp corners with the car at full dip to one corner or the other over several years 🤔

So as not to clog up the eBay thread, photos of @Joey spud's 120A at Bromley Pageant either 1998 or 2003 (probably the former):

This crack on my 205 tail panel has been annoying me for quite some time,I tried a few different methods to repair it,but it always cracked again.

Will see if this lasts, will repaint the whole panel but for now a squirt of grey primer will suffice.

New boots on the back of the 3'er. £185 for a pair of 17" Bridgestones fully fitted - I didn't think to bad. Not used it for a good month or longer as it needed rears and not had a chance to change them. I changed all 4 tyres when I got it 2 years ago now and done about 12k on them. Not great mileage out of them but TBF I do work them hard and Goodyears I've found to be pretty soft tyres.

The GTV I've been tooling around in a fair bit recently. Was only supposed to be a short termer but I really quite like it. Done a few bits and pieces to it like fit aftermarket remote central locking and a new electric retractable antenna (they're the coolest thing ever!). Need to pretty up the damaged front end a bit next. I should make a thread/posts on it but enthusiasm/energy for writing up posts is low at the moment.

Today’s lesson is, even though I filtered the petrol from my escorts old rusted fuel tank through 3 T shirts, there was still enough fine shit in it to clog 2 inline fuel filters and cause the engine to run like crap IMG_8673.jpeg.e8ccf8d0f59889fb1158a5769f3ad4d8.jpeg

distant pic just before things went wrong

After cleaning out the carb and filters as best I could I limped it back home from Stratford on Avon using the choke to make it tick over

Thank you ever so much. Yes that was the 1998 Bromley Pageant. I had bought it from the first owner in Stockport in 1996.

This is the only image I had of it

I still don't know why I stupidly sold it in 2005 and would love to have it back again. It's currently sorned and not had a keeper change since 2012.

I've been looking at properties for sale in Norway for years. While looking now at an abandoned and remote farm as far north as you can get in Norway, in the Arctic, I noticed something car-related that is rare and that I didn't expect to see. Anyone up for making an epic collection thread?
